The Area's Most Trusted Name Since 1974 | Proudly Serving Sarasota and Manatee Counties.

At Aqua Plumbing and Air, we not only care about our customers, we care about our entire community. That’s why every year around the holidays, we partner with the amazing people at All Faiths Food Bank to combat child hunger in Sarasota and Desoto Counties. This year, we’re pleased to join in All Faiths Food Bank’s campaign efforts to eliminate hunger during summer vacation for local children. It’s called Campaign Against Summer Hunger, and we’d like to let you know how you can help.

Many of Our Community’s Children Need Our Help This Summer

During much of the year, kids in-need are provided meals by school nutrition programs. However, when schools let out for summer, there are approximately 40,000 children in our community left in need of our help. This figure is actually a conservative estimate when you factor in children who are not yet old enough to attend school.

Doing Our Part for Such an Incredibly Worthy Cause

To do our part for this worthy cause, we are pledging to donate $50 for every air conditioning system that we install. If your air conditioner is old and worn out, or if it just struggles to keep up with our intense Florida summers, there couldn’t be a better time to replace it. In one fell swoop, you can help children in our community, and have a new energy-efficient air conditioning system installed.

There are Plenty of Ways to Contribute

If you’re not in the market for a new air conditioning system at this time, we would like to encourage you to donate to this great cause at All Faiths’ Campaign Against Summer Hunger page. If you can’t afford to donate, but would like to help nonetheless, you can also sign up to volunteer your time and services.

We hope you’ll be able to contribute in some way to eliminate childhood hunger in our community.

If you’re interested in more information about a new air conditioning system installation, visit us online, or give us a call at (941) 306-3715.

The Campaign Against Summer Hunger program will end August 31, 2018. Thank you for your participation.
